Weather and the Glory of God

"The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork." -- Psalm 19:1

The weather over the past couple of weeks has been an interesting testimony to the sovereignty and power of God. Union University was rocked by a tornado, the same night my family was huddled around in our bathroom. We have seen near 70 degree weather, and we have seen near 7 degree weather. And last night we had beautiful 4-5 inches of snow turn ugly with a half-inch or more of ice falling on top of it. Here are some pictures:

“Has the rain a father, or who has begotten the drops of dew? From whose womb did the ice come forth, and who has given birth to the frost of heaven? The waters become hard like stone, and the face of the deep is frozen."
-- God speaking, Job 38:28-30
